Chine House Equine Hospital is the largest equine practice in the East Midlands. It is staffed by 11 equine veterinary surgeons including a European registered specialist in equine surgery, 1 holder of the RCVS certificate of equine practice and 1 holder of both the RCVS certificate of equine practice and the RCVS certificate of Equine Medicine (Stud Medicine), 4 fully qualified veterinary nurses, 1 trainee equine veterinary nurse and 1 groom. |

The equine hospital was developed in the late 1990's to include a purpose built equine operating suite, padded anaesthetic induction and recovery boxes, and a large examination room. The hospital was further expanded last year to include purpose built isolation facilities, extra stabling (bringing the total number to 19) and indoor stocks for standing surgical and medical procedures. We also have paddock area for inpatient use. |
